We hope you enjoyed the brief video of our 2015 relocation grand opening at our new Pilates facility in Tempe.



We encourage you to come in for our Sampler class, and we are currently offering a free 30 minute session to first time visitors of our Pilates facility in Tempe.



WK Pilates Sampler Class is an introduction to the method that Joseph Pilates created. The class is ideal for anyone who has goals of learning the Pilates concepts while working out their deep internal muscle groups, and is really ideal for anyone searching for Pilates in Tempe.



After taking eight Pilates Sampler classes, one should be able to transition into group Pilates classes and semi-private sessions. The class is designed that it is applicable to the newbies and well-seasoned Pilates practioners. It's always nice to get a refresher on the Pilates principles.
